Senior Sales und Partner Manager Italy (f/m/d)

Who we are looking for
After our start in Q4 2023 in Italy and thanks to good results we are facing, cflox is now looking to increase its team in Italy with a Senior Sales & Partner Manager (f/m/d).
In the area of sales and partner management, you will identify market potential in the working capital environment, develop suitable solutions, conduct contract negotiations, independently acquire and support (new) corporate customers. At the same time, you will utilize your existing network and actively develop and expand strategic sales and financing partners for cflox. Presenting our product and service portfolio to customers and partners at decision-making level and at events is a matter of course for you. You enjoy developing our business model together with the teams in Hamburg and Milan and use your enthusiasm and experience to make important sales contributions.
Your main tasks: 
  • Acquisition of new customers and subsequent support and advice.
  • Supporting our financing and non-banking partners, regular coordination on joint customers and on new sales potential and activities.
  • (Further) development of our business in Italy in coordination with the team. 
  • Preparation and follow-up as well as presence at trade fairs and events in the region.
  • Continuous development of our services as well as customer and partner processes in coordination with our teams in Hamburg.
Your skills
You are an enthusiastic sales personality with several years of experience in the corporate finance, treasury or B2B working capital environment and are passionate about winning over the owners and management of our potential customers and our partners for the cflox solutions and supporting them in long-term partnerships. You have what it takes:
  • A successfully completed degree, e. g. in the field of economics/finance.
  • Experience in advising companies of various sizes and/or in strategic and operational sales work in corporate finance/trade finance/working capital. 
  • Knowledge of treasury is desirable.
  • Enthusiasm and a high degree of personal responsibility, assertiveness, ability to work under pressure.
  • Willingness to travel within Italy.
  • Business fluent written and spoken in Italian and English.
  • An entrepreneurial approach to seed and harvest at the right time all business opportunities.
